Sequencing is the process of building your business in the right order. I often describe it as taking the next step. Business owners who have not selected appropriate Board Members are likely to ignore or miss critical steps in the sequencing of their business because of "what they do not know they do not know"!

These missed steps may not have an immediate impact on the business but may come to surface month or years later - at a time when the deficiencies may not be repairable.
